About me

First, if you are reading this, chances are it is because you are desiring to grow in some aspect of your life. I want to acknowledge that you're taking a huge step to grow in your life and you have the power to do it with this being one of your very first steps in that process. No matter where you are on this journey, my goal is to help you find the deepest connection in your relationships, while expressing your true self.  Out of both choice and necessity I have worked to empower myself to live an adventurous, meaningful life full of connection. I've learned what I feel are the best ways to share my experiences and learnings with you. My  approach to coaching will help you attain your goals and build beautiful relationships in your personal, professional, and romantic life. 

Growing up as a boy I did not learn many of the things men need to know today. I did not learn to express my emotions. I had two emotions; ok and not ok. This lead to many toxic cycles in my own relationships wether romantic, personal, or professional. I sought adventure and adrenaline for distraction. One day after a bad breakup I finally owned all my own shit and decided I wanted more out of life. That's when I jumped head first into the world of personal development. I sought out coaching, therapy, and healing of my past traumas in order to allow myself to live true to my own moral compass. I jumped into another relationship in 2020 which tested my newfound growth. We continue to do the work together to be 100-100 in the relationship, not 50-50. 

Now instead of looking for the adrenaline rush from adventure, I see all the trees and plants and critters and enjoy everything nature has to offer on the ride down the mountain as well as the adrenaline rush.  Along the way I joined men's groups which have helped me immensely.
